Below is a sample agenda for a western style wedding to ensure that all activities are covered and that your guests will have ample time to party.

1.  In the Main Ballroom, a selection of contemporary & classic ballads welcomes guests.
2.  Grand Entrance- Introduction of :
       - Parents of Bride & Groom
       - Bridesmaids & Groomsmen
       - Maid (Matron) of Honor & Best Man
       - Bride and Groom. 
       - Bride & Groom walk through arch.
3.  First Dance with Bride and Groom with Bridal Party.
       - Request for guests to join in.
4.   Introductions of families in Chinese by designated person(s). (if necessary)
5.   Blessing and/or Toast from Best Man (If Blessing is given, then Toast is after salad*.) 
6.   First Course is served (Salad)
7.   Toast from Best Man*
8.   Soft Music continues (This gives an opportunity for people to socialize throughout dinner without having to talk over loud dance music.) Approx. 15 min.
9.   Second Course is served (Appetizer) 
10. Dancing (Upbeat Dance Music begins) Varies, Approx. 20 - 40 minutes.
11. Main Course is served
12. Cake Cutting, Parent Dances, & Garter & Bouquet (It is  advised to schedule  these activities before the Main course if you have several dresses to changes)
       -  Cake Cutting Ceremony
       -  Bride's dance with her father
       -  Groom's dance with his mother
       -  Tossing of bouquet
       -  Removal of Garter
       -  Tossing of Garter
13.  Dessert is served
14.  Dancing continues (combination of dance, ballads, & group participation (if desired)) 
15.  Farewells (ballads continue to be played).

The selection of music will vary from ballads, pop radio, a sampling of 50's, 60's, 70's, & 80's, 90's and contemporary hits.  Certain  types of rap music and other inappropriate selections will not be played unless specifically requested by the Bride & Groom.
